Greenwoods EA is an internal operational assistant developed for Greenwoods Creations Sdn. Bhd. It is used to support authorized company workflows including project scheduling, accounting document processing, operational monitoring and internal administrative activities.
Google Drive Access
Greenwoods EA may request authorization to access Google Drive using Google OAuth.
The current Google Drive integration uses read-only access. Greenwoods EA uses this access to locate, read and download authorized Greenwoods business documents required for approved internal workflows, including project schedules, invoices, official receipts and related operational records.
Greenwoods EA does not use its current Google Drive read-only authorization to delete, modify or move files in Google Drive.
How Google User Data Is Used
Google Drive data accessed by Greenwoods EA is used only for authorized Greenwoods business operations, including:
- reading project schedules for operational planning and daily schedule briefings;
- locating and validating invoices and official receipts;
- supporting internal finance and administrative workflows;
- verifying relevant project documents before approved operational actions are performed.
Data Storage
Greenwoods EA may temporarily process downloaded files in protected local staging storage when required for validation or authorized workflows. Temporary staging files are removed after processing according to the applicable workflow.
Operational metadata such as document identifiers, file hashes, project references, processing status and audit records may be retained for security, duplicate prevention, workflow integrity and audit purposes.
Data Sharing
Google user data accessed through Greenwoods EA is not sold or used for advertising.
Information is used only for authorized Greenwoods Creations Sdn. Bhd. business operations and is not shared with unrelated third parties except where required for the relevant business process, legal obligation, or authorized service operation.
Access Control
Access to Greenwoods EA and its Google Drive integration is restricted to authorized Greenwoods personnel and approved automated workflows. Operational safeguards are used to restrict unauthorized access and actions.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Greenwoods EA functionality or its use of Google services changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
